About me
Kindra Akridge, M.Ed. is an Inclusive Services and Practices Consultant at Region 10 ESC, where she partners with districts to create more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable systems of support. With expertise in Universal Design for Learning (UDL), specially designed instruction, co-teaching, and supporting students with specific learning disabilities in math and literacy, Kindra brings both warmth and practical insight to her work with educators. She is especially passionate about empowering paraprofessionals, supporting special education coaching practices, and addressing teacher burnout through sustainable change. Kindra has shared her work at both the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) and Learning Disabilities Association (LDA) national conferences and was honored to be a featured presenter under CEC’s 2025 Presidential Strand. Her sessions are known for blending research-based strategies with real-world application.
