Behind every great classroom is a strong, unified team. In this session, we’ll explore the power of partnerships—whether between teachers, paraprofessionals, or teaching assistants—and how intentional collaboration can transform the learning experience. Through real-life scenarios and practical strategies, participants will learn ways to communicate clearly, share responsibilities, and build trust. When we move together with one goal in mind—student success—there’s no limit to what we can achieve.
With so many tools and strategies available, intentional decision-making matters. In this interactive session, Pre-K teachers will learn a simple, practical lens to guide everyday instructional choices. Through real classroom scenarios, discussion, and guided practice, participants will examine how learning goals, student interaction, and instructional tools work together. Teachers will leave with a clear framework and a completed example they can immediately apply in their classrooms.
