Let's move the ELAR Research-Based Instructional Strategies from theory into real classroom practice. Participants will explore high-impact instructional moves for each of the four RLA RBIS through modeling and classroom examples. Walk away with ready-to-use strategies that strengthen Tier I instruction and accelerate student learning.
This session is designed to equip educators with the skills and strategies necessary to improve their students' vocabulary acquisition and usage. Participants will learn the latest research-based practices for building vocabulary skills and incorporating them into classroom instruction, as well as exploring practical techniques to engage students in learning activities that will create classrooms full of voracious “vocabularians” who become self-driven, word conscious learners.
